Where are the Repairs Completed?
The repairs are completed on site, at your location. For example in your driveway, on the yard, street or parking lot in your apartment complex. Please check with your apartment manager to see if it is allowed. I fixed people bicycles at their Jobsite parking lot. I have even went to RV parks to fix a customers bicycle. Please make sure that the parking is free or I will charge extra for the parking fees. Make sure their is room for me to work on the bicycle. I will not go in your house or backyard to repair the bicycle or get it. So please bring it outside. Please lock up dogs or keep them away from me.

How much time will it take to repair my bicycle?
On average it takes around 1 hour to repair 1 regular bicycle. So please make sure you have time in your day for my services. If you have an appointment taking place after an hour of my arrival, please let me know. But for one bicycle please have 1 and a half hour time slot in your day. I want to make sure your bicycle is safe. If that is too much time then I recommend taking it to a bike shop.
Do you take the bicycle and drop it off? Drop off & Pick Up?
NO Never I will not take your bicycle or transport it under any circumstance. Please make sure to provide a description of your bicycle model, type, mechanic issues, flat tire, etc. So I can properly be prepared to fix your bicycle on site the same day. Some bicycles are very unique. I do NOT carry a lot of parts so make sure you have them and they fit before calling me. Because I charge a deposit and it is non refundable.
Do You Charge Mileage?
Yes I charge mileage. The price depends on your exact location and time of day. Please email me your location before booking an appointment if your concerned about the price. I can give you an exact quote for mileage. Gas is not cheap.
Do You Assemble Bicycles?
Yes I do assemble bicycles. The cost includes the tune up. Please make sure to have room in your trash can for the packaging material.
What Repairs do you not repair?
I do NOT repair suspension systems, tubeless tires & the electrical systems on E-Bikes.
Is their a minimum charge for house calls?
Yes I have a $100 minimum for service calls, house calls, jobsite or field repairs. If you have a small repair like a flat tire then visit a bike shop or watch my educational videos if you want to repair it yourself.
How do I book an appointment?
First email me to work out a date & time. Second step is to click the book now button on the website at the top of the home page. If the date & time is not available on the calendar let me know and I will edit the date availability. Appointment deposit are not refundable if you cancel the appointment.
What is your service area?
I mainly service Denver & Aurora Colorado USA. But I can service anywhere in the
Denver Metro. If the area is not Denver or Aurora then the price or cost of mileage will be really expensive. I have had people pay me $60 to $100 in mileage for traveling long distances.
Do You Repair E-Bikes?
Yes I do repair E-Bikes but I only repair them mechanically. I do not repair or diagnose the electrical systems. I am starting to be picky on the type of E-bike. If it does not have a seat post and weighs more than 50 pounds I will NOT repair it. If it is from the brand Letric then I will not repair it. I have had a lot of issues repairing Lectric brand and believe they belong in the trash ( without the battery).
If you bought a cheap E-Bike off of Ali Baba or Amazon your most likely not going to get the electrical system repaired if their is an issue. Contact the manufacturer Your most likely not going to receive a message back. Watch my youtube video about ebikes.
Do you install Tannus Armour?
Yes I do install tannus armour. I have a lot of experience installing Tannus Armour. The most common install is on Fat Tire Size Bicycles. Visit my social media for videos of me installing it. I do not install tubeless tire tannus armour. I also do sell tannus armour.
What Type or Styles of Bicycles Do You Repair?
I repair all types of bicycle's. Visit my Social Media Channels for examples. I have repaired the following recreational, road, mountain, time trial, touring, recumbent, tandom, tricycles, e-bikes. I have even repaired a tandom tricycle!
Do You Buy or Sell Bicycles?
No I do NOT sell or buy bicycles. I do not want to in the future. Visit a pawn shop or bike shop.
